test 1,2,3 [26 Jul 2007|06:30pm] you can't escape from taking tests in singapore! yesterday, i wanted to use one of the very few toilets in school. but i couldn't go in because............. ALL THE CLEANERS WERE INSIDE BEING TESTED ON HOW WELL THEY CLEAN THE TOILET  i saw them taking lessons from an external company the other day too! i bet these cleaners were thinking," wah chee bye lah! i've been cleaning toilets my whole life and you bo-doh young ah boy come and tell me i clean wrongly. qu si bah! "  and i still think the toilets in my school are smelly you know, i used to want to be a road sweeper when i was in primary 1. seriously! i was punished very often because i was quite naughty in class and i was made to sweep the classroom floor all the time. strangely, i grew to like sweeping! and i would volunteer to sweep the floor. i thought it was very fun! i wonder if they need to take a test too. hmmm... what will they test? the proper way of holding a broomstick?!?!?!?!?! how to pick up litter?!?!?!!?

happy potter [23 Jul 2007|03:08pm] i queued up yesterday before popular opened to buy harry potter :D muahahaha i forced stefi to wait with me. and i spent the entrie day reading it! i even put off bathing after i came home till 9pm. hahahaahahha i shan't say anything about to prevent any spoilers because i do have alot to say about it. and ipromised my friends not to be a bitch and spoil the book for them. so darn! HAPPY HARRY-ING EVERYONE! anway, i need to starting studying for prelims so see ya folks! this place is going into hibernation. that;s all folks!

[09 Jul 2007|06:05pm] [ mood | lonely ] sometimes, you feel the lonelist when you are surrounded by people. sometimes, i wish i had to guts to start a conversation with strangers or just to say a simple "hello".  see that old lady in the picture? she is a beggar. i watched how people just walked by her like she was not even there. i  wanted to say hi and give her some money. but i didn't.  i pity them but there is always something holding me back from just giving a couple of coins.  sometimes, i wonder if i am a hypocrite. and just like that crowd in the picture, i walk past her. are we too caught up in our own little world to notice others? maybe there are others who feel more alone than we do. edit: cross posted to http://community.livejournal.com/anthrophoto/235066.html

[03 Jul 2007|11:45pm] [ mood | tired ] i had only two periods of lessons today. i cant rmb why we had we had a half day though. not that it matters anyway. yippe :D but it was 2 longgggg periods. i almost fell asleep during math lecture and plus i got back my math paper. it was dissapointing to say the least because i knew i was capable of better results :(  *&^&^##^@ i collected my 2nd roll of film for my fisheye camera and they're really nice! went to my classmate's house after school and half of my pictures got cut up. damn. we used them to make a gift for our classmate. i'll post pictures up once the final thing is ready.  i swear, it is turning out real darn good. it's so pretty, it makes me wanna keep it for myself! some of the pictures before they got cut up ( unforgettable ) (2)

whoopdee friggin do [02 Jul 2007|06:04pm] 2 days ago stupid incident #1 i was in town and i decided to take the train back to tanah merah. it was really crowded  so i decided to drop off at raffles place instead of city hall to change train. so i got off at raffles city and went up the escalator and hopped onto the train. And, i managed to get a seat!  i thought to myself, "i'm such a genius" :D i was listening to my mp3 player all this while so i couln't hear the names of the stops.  suddenly a few stops later, i realised, "SHIT, I'M BACK AT ORCHARD."  #(*@*$^&@%*&^$@&%$&^@$& YEA, SO NOW, YOU CAN READ MY INTERESTING STORIES :D WHOOPEE! *i never knew the word whoopee had sexual connotations. that website has the dumbest words ever! hahahaha edit: deleted stupid incident #2 cos i decided it wasn't that stupid after all (4)
